It would seem that Batman has fallen foul of the law.  His crime?  Loitering. The man claiming only to dress as batman (very sneaky) was arrested  for standing on Hollywood Blvd. and posing with tourists. He’s still in jail. Hollywood Blvd generally full of people in superhero and other costumes posing with tourists.  However it would seem that the police have suddenly launched a crackdown on their “loitering.”

Among those arrested were Bumblebee (from Transformers), Catwoman, Freddy Krueger, and Edward Scissorhands. At least they let Edward Scissorhands go. While the street performers claim that they aren’t bothering anyone and that they don’t demand tips from the tourists who pose with them, some local merchants have said that some of the performers do harrass bystanders for tips.  Tisk tisk batman and friends.
